I am the National Assistance Center (NAC) Project Lead for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The NAC is a project management hub and 2nd tier help desk for the ongoing installation and operation of the IRS Enterprise Physical Access Control System (EPACS) for implementation of Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).

After about two years, an opportunity arose in the Project Management Office and I took the position of Project Manager. As Client Services Manager, I was responsible for the Project Management, Production Support and the Installation / Deployment departments of Vigilos. I had six direct reports and reported directly to the COO and later to the CEO.
